1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✔ The item must be free from damage, stains, odors, or wear.
✔ A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps:

3️⃣ Ship the Item: Send the item back using a trackable shipping method (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).
4️⃣ Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


3. Exchanges

✔ If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
✔ Simply contact us at contact@postviral.xyz within 14 days to arrange an exchange.
✔ If the desired replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


4. Refund Processing

✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods).
✔ It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect items).
