✔ Sale items, clearance products, or discounted goods are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless defective.
2. Ordering Process

✔ Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.
✔ Please review your order carefully before checkout, as modifications may not be possible once the order is placed.
